I've always had a lousy caffeine tolerance, or maybe I've just never been enough of a coffee drinker to build one. I thought with drinking a glass of green tea every day, it'd build up a little. How wrong I was.
At the write-in I decided to splurge and get an eggnog latte. I love eggnog, and the latte was really good (and 430 calories, yikes). This was around 6pm.
Now it's 7am and I've not been to bed. I tried laying with Shawn at 1am. I tried napping in the chair at 6am. I tried meditation, reading, Sims, TV. I'm sleepy but my body won't shut down. I'm doing laundry, which should be done around 8:30, in hopes I can get a couple hour nap in.
Coffee bad.
