Okay, so I ordered Shawn's surprise gift from Dell, and I waited - and waited - and waited. And I never got a confirmation or even an acknowledgment. And the order didn't show up on the site.

So, I figured I did one of my flighty moves and didn't hit the final submit or something, and I put it through again.

Still nothing, and this time I was sure I completed everything. I contacted support at this point, and in their broken English, they assured me that there were no orders on the account since July 2006, and that I should put the order through again.

So I did.

And now I have three, despite contacting support again when the other two orders appeared on the site and asking them to cancel.

If they make me pay for shipping, I'm going to be seriously cranky, but really it feels like there's not much I can do because no one I've talked to with them via phone or email speaks English, and I have a hard enough time getting my point across with people who do.

If they make me pay shipping and restocking on the returns, I don't think I'll buy from there again.
