The fact that seatbelts fail isn't new to me. But watching this still floored me. I'm very thankful to the parents who created the video.

You'd think I'd wear my seatbelt after the accident, and the fact that I'm still in pain from it nine years later, but I don't very often. For now. If I get pregnant, I will, because I want to set a good example for my children. For those same reasons I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, love myself, and, in general, do my best to be a good role model. And, now, will keep them strapped into a car seat as long as possible.
